My name is Victoria, I am a qualified yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, Aromatherapist and massage therapist currently living and working in Essex, UK, I also teach and work internationally. Welcome to my news page where I hope to share anything and everything related to yoga, healing and well-being. A space where I can rant and rave to anyone who wants to listen, in the hope that the things that inspire, teach and help me grow can do the same for you!
